General Assembly
The General Assembly is the principal decision-making body of YASAS. It is composed of delegates from the Young Academies that are members of YASAS. The General Assembly meets annually and elects the Executive Board, which is responsible for implementing the decisions made by the General Assembly, coordinating involvement in projects, and handling the organization’s daily activities.

Associate Professor of Materials Chemistry at the University of Turku in Finland and Member of the Swiss Young Academy.
Head of Unit at the European Parliament and Professor of modern and contemporary history at Heidelberg University, Germany.
Associate Professor of NeuroEngineering at Vrije Universiteit Brussel in Belgium, and Member of the Jonge Academie of Belgium.
